Job Description:Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a growing business based in Bar Hill, Cambridge, to recruit a Part Time Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional seeking flexibility whilst still playing a key role in the finance function.The Role
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will take responsibility for management accounts preparation, forecasting and budgeting, as well as supporting business decision-making through insightful financial analysis. You'll also provide financial controls and process improvements as the business continues its growth journey.Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis and reporting packs
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle
  • Business partnering with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insight
  • Assisting with cashflow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Driving process improvements and supporting audit requirements
Your Profile
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE with relevant experience
  • Proven background in management accounting and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident communicator with the ability to partner non-finance stakeholders
