This is the opportunity for you!GSL Education are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Primary ECT to join a welcoming school in Gainsborough. This Primary ECT role is ideal for a newly qualified teacher looking to build confidence and gain valuable classroom experience.Responsibilities as a Primary ECT:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that support pupil engagement and learning across the primary curriculum.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced staff and mentors to develop your practice.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress to inform planning and support.
  • Contribute to school life and take part in staff training and development.
Requirements for the Primary ECT role:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping every child succeed.
  • Strong communication, planning, and classroom management skills.
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A full CV covering the past 10 years with all gaps explained.
