With significant growth plans and a commitment to best-in-class service, they are now seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support three senior Directors within their London office. This is a high-responsibility role ideal for someone with at least four years of experience in financial services and a strong track record supporting senior leaders. You'll provide exceptional diary and inbox management, act as a first point of contact for clients, and play a key role in ensuring all client work and compliance processes are handled efficiently and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and PA support to three busy Directors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and handling correspondence
- Act as a key liaison between Directors, clients, and the Centralised Account Management team
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular updates, timely collection of documentation, and a professional experience throughout
- Monitor client cases to ensure progression, timely execution, and compliance with internal procedures
- Manage client meeting schedules to align with regulatory expectations
- Oversee client AML and compliance records, ensuring all are up-to-date
- Support the use of the client portal as the central hub for communications and documentation
- Maintain a high standard of organisation, confidentiality, and accuracy across all aspects of the role
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a financial services environment
- Prior experience supporting senior-level executives or directors
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and documentation standards
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage confidently with clients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adaptable to CRM systems
- Knowledge of core financial products: pensions, ISAs, bonds, VCTs, EIS, protection, etc.
- Familiarity with financial regulations such as GDPR, MiFID II, and AML protocols
- Previous experience working with client portals and financial CRM systems
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
