They love holidays, discos, BBQs, day trips, and staying active so no two days will be the same! You’ll be based at one location, but we do need drivers to help make those special events happen.You’ll be joining a dynamic, supportive team led by a manager who’s passionate about her staff and the people we support. We’re all about helping people live the lives they choose and that includes you.What you’ll be doing:
  • Encouraging and empowering people to live their best lives.
  • Supporting with medication, personal care, and daily routines.
  • Helping with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Teaching new skills and building confidence.
  • Being a friendly face and a trusted companion.
Shift patterns include:
  • 7am–9am
  • 3pm–10pm with a sleep-in
  • 8am–10pm / 8am–3pm shifts
  • Every other weekend and occasional bank holidays
  • Minimum one sleep-in shift per week required.
