- Redesign service desk operations to be automation-led and commercially aligned, implementing conversational AI for first-line triage and request handling.
- Select, implement, or optimise service desk platform and processes to deliver actionable reporting, visibility, and integration with core business systems.
- Direct line management of Project Manager delivering diverse technology change initiatives outside BAU.
- Prioritise and govern change portfolio to ensure maximum ROI and strategic alignment.

Rate - Market rate (inside IR35)
