You'll be selling a powerful platform to energy traders, meteorologists, and technical leaders, helping them make smarter, faster, and more sustainable decisions. You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to onboarding - with the opportunity to shape our client's go-to-market engine from the ground up.You'll be working closely with the CEO and Head of Sales in a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You'll build pipeline, drive velocity deals, and serve as a trusted partner to some of the most innovative players in the energy space.What You'll Be DoingFull-cycle sales: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new businessDrive outbound campaigns in targeted verticals (energy trading, meteorology, and more)Deliver tailored demos that showcase business value and technical depthBe the customer's guide post-sale, from onboarding to expansionCollaborate with Engineering and Product to shape commercial strategy with feedback from the fieldRepresent the company at events, on-site meetings, and industry gatherings across the UK and EuropeWhat You Bring1-3 years of B2B sales experience in fast-paced startup environmentsExperience selling technical products - not just quoting prices, but solving problemsProven success engaging traders, data scientists, or technical buyersBackground in energy, commodities, or financial marketsHigh EQ, high IQ, and a serious bias for actionMust have a valid residence and work status for the UK or SwitzerlandBonus PointsMSc or PhD in a quantitative disciplineExperience with automated outbound tools (Hubspot, Clay, etc.)You'll Thrive If…You love the hunt.
