Working within a busy Client Accounts team, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and excellent service to landlords, tenants, and suppliers.This role offers great exposure across property management and lettings, giving you the chance to build your career in property accounting with clear progression opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ProcessingAllocate incoming payments using property management software (Reapit/360) and manage suspense accountsRaise property management and third-party invoices accuratelyProcess new deals and set up financial schedulesReconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and chase outstanding invoicesHandle tenancy deposit refunds and ensure accurate processingClient & Tenant SupportProvide prompt, professional support to landlords and tenantsDistribute landlord statements, income breakdowns, and NRL6 certificatesAssist in chasing overdue rent payments and keeping landlords updatedCompliance & Tenancy ManagementProcess tenancy changes, endings, and deeds using ReapitEnsure landlord compliance with the Non-Resident Landlord SchemeCollaboration & Data ManagementMaintain accurate financial records and reportingAttend regular cross-departmental meetings to support business operationsWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Degree in Accounting/Finance OR relevant client accounting experienceStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting & data manipulation)Excellent attention to detail and high accuracyAnalytical thinker with the ability to manage complex dataProactive, solution-focused approach and ability to work independentlyStrong communication skills, including a professional phone mannerHighly organised, adaptable, and a team playerDesirable:Experience using Reapit softwareWhat's on Offer£29,000-£31,000 salary (DOE)10% performance-related bonus (after probation)Hybrid working (1-2 days WFH after probation)23 days' annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday offClear progression pathways in property finance/accountingModern, collaborative office spaceRegular social events, including monthly team gatherings and seasonal partiesCarly Mitchell
