Cleanroom & HVAC Validation Engineer (UK-Wide)
Location: Field-based, UK-wide

If so, we want to hear from you.We are looking for a Cleanroom & HVAC Validation Engineer to join our expert team, delivering best-in-class commissioning, qualification, and maintenance services to clients across the UK. This is a field-based role with travel, offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with industry leaders in GMP, ISO, and healthcare settings.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Perform full validation and performance testing of cleanroom and HVAC systems, including:
  • Particle counts (ISO 14644-1 & GMP Annex 1)
  • HEPA filter integrity testing (DOP)
  • Airflow measurements, pressure differentials, temperature/humidity mapping
  • Airflow visualisation, recovery/containment testing
  • Testing of Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs) and Laminar Airflow (LAF) units
  • Commission and qualify cleanrooms to ISO 14644 and GMP Annex 1 standards, including full IQ/OQ documentation
  • Conduct HVAC assessments to HTM 03-01 for healthcare and other regulated facilities
  • Maintain and upgrade cleanroom systems (HVAC, EMS, door systems, filters, fabric)
  • Provide both planned and reactive maintenance to critical systems
  • Deliver clear, audit-ready validation reports and service documentation
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, ensuring standards are met and exceeded
What You'll Need:
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Proven experience in cleanroom validation and qualification
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, commissioning, and maintenance
  • Understanding of GMP/ISO standards and HTM 03-01 healthcare ventilation guidelines
  • A recognised cleanroom qualification (e.g. CTCB-I Professional)
  • Familiarity with cleanroom systems: panel construction, door installation, filter replacement, and EMS
  • Excellent communication skills and confident client-facing presence
  • A methodical, problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail
