- Report with purpose to deliver key messages efficiently, really getting involved in the website data analysis to identify what's working well, producing actionable insights.
- Contribute to developing organic search strategies for specific business units, practically detailing recommendations at a granular level e.g. technical audits, gap analysis etc.
- Work closely with the ZEUR Nestle Search Leads, ensuring Above Market principles and best practices are cascaded in the local markets.
- Steadily build up a constructive, positive rapport with client contacts and third party enablers like content agencies and development teams.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

- Solid proactive understanding of SEO evident.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills, although we'll train you here).
- MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Takes pride in their work, yet ambitious to achieve more and move with the times e.g. generative AI.
- Organised and methodical, with excellent time and project management skills.
- Demonstrate proactivity and ability to work autonomously, eager to explore and discover.
- Calm under pressure.
- Any experience working on technical SEO projects will be a plus.
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML and web standards will be a plus.
- Experience of supporting site migrations from an SEO perspective would be preferable but not essential.
- Experience in researching, planning & executing content marketing campaigns would be preferable but not essential.
- Understanding of PPC basics and the latest trends of the channel.
- Additional language skills advantageous.
