Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities
Pay: Competitive daily ratesWhat Were Looking For:
Minimum 6 months UK-based experience in a similar SEND/TA role
Strong understanding of SEND needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
Confidence supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyWhat Youll Be Doing:
· Supporting children with a range of additional needs in mainstream or SEND-specific settings
· Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
· Encouraging independence, confidence, and progress in each pupil
· Helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environmentWhy Join Us?
