- Housekeeping & Facilities Support
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all kitchenettes and staff eating areas across the three floors.
- Replenish consumables (e.g., tea, coffee, milk, cutlery, napkins) and ensure equipment (e.g., microwaves, dishwashers, fridges) is clean and operational.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the Facilities team promptly.
- Conduct regular checks throughout the day to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained.
- Hospitality Support
- Assist with setting up and clearing down meeting rooms for internal and client-facing events.
- Support ad hoc hospitality requests such as tea/coffee service, catering coordination, and room resets.
- Liaise with catering providers and ensure timely delivery and presentation of refreshments.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for PAs and department coordinators.
- Respond promptly and professionally to short-term requests or queries related to housekeeping or hospitality.
- Build positive working relationships with building occupants to understand and anticipate their needs.
- Skills & Experience:]
- Experienced in a housekeeping, facilities, or hospitality support role (corporate environment).
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Enhances the overall workplace experience for staff and visitors.
- Provides a flexible, responsive layer of support to the Facilities and PA teams.
- Helps maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment throughout the building.
