Panel Beater Vacancy - Luton Accident Repair Centre
  • Basic Salary: £54,000 (£23 per hour)
  • OTE £65,000+ through Personal Efficiency bonus + Workshop bonus
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 17:00pm with some flexibility.

Our client, a well established Bodyshop / Accident Repair Centre is currently looking for an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join their team in Luton.They are one of the leading employers in the accident repair side of the trade, as such they offer unrivalled salaries, bonuses, benefits and training. All of which contribute to a healthy working environment.Our client is offering the successful Panel Beater:
  • A competitive salary of up to £23 an hour dependent on experience
  • Workshop AND Personal Efficiency bonus on top
  • Monday - Friday / Saturday Rota

Duties of a Panel Beater:
  • Carry out all bodywork repairs on allocated jobs.
  • Welding, panel repairs, mechanical repairs.
  • Re-assembly with new parts as required.
  • Inspections and testing.
  • Identify faults or work that is found to be required, or considered to be advisable in the interests of safety.
  • To carry-out road testing of vehicles when required in a safe and legal way as instructed, checking for road worthiness.
What our Client expects of their Panel Beater
  • Experience completing bodywork panel repairs on a variety of vehicles.
  • Mechanical knowledge would be a benefit.
  • Eye for Detail
  • Quality Awareness
  • Communication Skills
  • Multi-Tasking
  • ATA would be advantageous but not essential.
