Also, to play to the Group’s Strategy of ‘helping Britain prosper’ through the provisions of quality homes.Lloyds Living works with leading house builders, and other participants, through strategic partnerships to identify sites and support the building of additional housing, with Lloyds Living buying elements of these new developments, to be offered as rental homes to Customers.Job DescriptionAs Change Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Lloyds Living Change team and Lloyds Living business areas, to help build the operational platform (primary focus will be the strategic data solution) to enable Lloyds Living to grow and scale at the pace it requires. The job will require vendor engagement, primarily working with third-party SaaS solutions, ensuring business requirements can be met.Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing end to end change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design system architecture and build data pipeline and data models, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and scalable to support business needs.
  • Drive best practices in data security, governance, and compliance to meet business standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to identify and analyse change impacts and develop appropriate strategies to address them.
  • Develop and deliver change plans, including capability build, testing, implementation and training.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Ensure changes delivered are documented and controlled.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a data, analytics, or similar role.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to address complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Experience or knowledge of implementing cloud-based data solutions using public cloud, preferably with previous experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Willingness to be hands-on when delivering data solutions.
  • Project management skills and experience with managing multiple initiatives across different teams and coordinating the dependencies.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage peers and stakeholders. You’ll be working collaboratively with and supporting colleague from different business area to understand their requirements to deliver value.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong governance mentality to ensure that change is delivered safely.
Good to Haves:
  • Experience with property management SaaS products such as MRI, Fixflo or RentProfile.
  • Working understanding of coding languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Technical background in tools integration, APIs, data pipelines, and dashboard/report creation.
