You'll play a pivotal role in generating business, managing a large applicant database, and delivering outstanding customer service.This position is ideal for someone ready to progress in their property career and reap the rewards of excellent commission through exceptional performace.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Manage and maintain a large database of applicants for sales and lettings properties.
  • Conduct property viewings for both sales and lettings.
  • Negotiate sales and lettings to successful completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle related administrative tasks to ensure smooth transactions.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous property sales or lettings experience within an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Winchester property market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

  • Organised and detail-oriented with good administrative skills.
