- Digging by hand, requiring, bending, turning, stretching, twisting and Lifting
- Post holes, approx. 2ft deep
- Foundations, approx. 2ft deep.
- Excavation for concrete approx. 1ft deep.
- Levelling by hand soil, concrete, hardcore.
- Process to lay concrete includes, bending, shovelling, levelling of concrete, leaning.
- Loading of materials on to vehicle.
- Manual Lifting, including dead lifting, and high level or unloading, including manual transport from location to vehicle, bending, turning, twisting.
- Fence panels 4ft 5ft 6ft
- Removal of broken concrete sections.
- Concrete fence posts (2man lift 50kg approx.)
- Timber fence posts
- Timber fencing, feather edge, cant rails, timber gates (up to 25kg)
- Precast slabs 7kg - 77kg (2 man lift if Req)
- Roll of chain link fencing (up to 40kg)
- Fly tipping removal, including sofas, tv's, fridges, freezers, washing machines (2 man lift if required) loading items on to flatbed vehicle for disposal.
- Use of wheel barrow both loaded and unloaded. Some loads including wet concrete meaning difficulty in control over load.
- Lifting of loaded wheel barrow on to flatbed vehicle for disposal.
- Use of power tools including heavy duty breakers and light weight breakers, petrol disc cutters, whacker plates. Including transportation of these items.
- Use of hand tools, including, pick axes, sledge hammer, breaker bars, brooms.
