Join L&Q as an Apprentice Team Administrator and support the Communities team to deliver essential community liaison, rehousing, and regeneration projects across our estates.This apprenticeship role offers hands-on experience, professional training, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents affected by regeneration and development activities.Your impact in the role:
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Communities team, ensuring smooth running of data, records, and systems.
  • Assist in organising community events, capturing meeting minutes, and preparing reports to support the team's objectives.
  • Support financial processes by managing supplier invoices and contributing to budget monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.
  • Help ensure compliance with health and safety, governance, and risk management requirements within your remit.
What you'll bring:To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • A keen interest in developing business administration skills through a formal apprenticeship.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
  • A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and supporting colleagues.
  • GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4 or above A-C).
