With offices across major financial hubs and a cutting-edge tech platform, they empower businesses and individuals through innovation, speed, and transparency.Lead and improve month-end close process, targeting shorter close cycles and increased accuracy.Oversee financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual), ensuring timely consolidation across international entities. * Balance sheet substantiation and reconciliations.

Drive process improvement across transactional finance (AP, AR, Billing, Payroll)

Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement best practices to improve automation and controls.Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, and Product Finance teams to align reporting with broader business needs.Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.Mentor and support the finance team during the transition period, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.Do you have experience leading monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting?Are you a Qualified Accountant with experience working in Financial Services?A successful Financial Controller should have:

Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
Strong track record of leading process improvements, with tangible examples of outcomes/achievements.
Strong experience leading financial reporting.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a temporary role with hybrid working arrangements.
