RECYCLING OPERATIVEMONDAY - FRIDAY: 07:00-17:00£12.50 PER HOURPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for Recycling Operatives to join our well-established client based in the Daventry.This is a fantastic opportunity offering good rates of pay and room to grow and progress.BenefitsYour benefits as a Recycling Operative are:
  • Weekly pay
  • Paid tea breaks
  • Minimum of eight hours pay per shift
  • Free site parking
  • Overtime available on occasional Saturdays
Day to Day DutiesAs a Recycling Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:
  • Working as part of a team
  • Separating fruit and vegetables on a production line manually and with the aid of machinery
  • Operating a cage lifter to guarantee the smooth flow of produce
  • Tipping trailers
Essential SkillsSkills needed to be a Recycling Operative with our client are:
  • Basic level of English
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • A good eye for detail
  • Ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
  • Prepared to work in a food waste department

  • All training provided and additional support throughout
