- Deliver person-centred clinical nursing care to residents.
- Manage and supervise the care team, ensuring quality care delivery.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults in their care.
- Oversee personalised care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Support the Deputy and Home Manager in upholding professional standards.
- Provide coaching and assessment to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
- Manage daily rotas and delegate workloads effectively.
- Conduct quality audits of care plans and build relationships with external professionals.
The Regional Registered Nurse role comes with a comprehensive package:
- Annual salary of £55,000 - £56,000 - working 42 hours.
