- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to plan for future hiring needs
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices
- Own high-volume recruitment for skilled trades and site-based roles
- Keep the pipeline full and moving from CV to start date
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies
- Thrive in a dynamic workplace with shifting priorities
✔ Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
✔ Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., I-Trent or Eploy)
✔ Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without breaking a sweat
