Site Electrical LeadSalary: £49,000 - £54,000Shift: Days (Mon-Fri)Location: Kendal, CumbriaWe are recruiting on behalf of a fast-paced manufacturer seeking a Site Electrical Lead to join their team, a fantastic opportunity with both leadership and technical responsibilities. You will supervise an electrical engineering team, providing technical leadership across projects and generation assets. Responsibilities include supporting budgeting and scheduling; defining production, testing, and troubleshooting requirements; ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:
  • Strong experience in electrical engineering and team supervision.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and production processes.
  • Must have a minimum Level 3 electrical engineering qualification
  • Industrial/ Manufacturing Background
