- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Litigation tea
- Assisting with document preparation, file management, and scheduling
- Liaising with clients and internal teams in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and post
- Maintain accurate client records and case files (electronic and paper-based)
- Supporting the Secretarial Coordinator in day-to-day casework
- At least 2 year's experience in a similar administration role ( Legal experience not essential )
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and meet target deadlines under time constraints.
- The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
- Strong communication skills and be able to take direction.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within a legal environment
