Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and responses to RFQs (Request for Quotations)
Address customer enquiries and concerns related to product functionality, integration, and technical specifications
Update and, where necessary, create the library of technical data sheets for standard products, accessories, services and support data
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and responses to RFQs (Request for Quotations)
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Service, and Projects, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement
To work closely with engineering and standard product departments to ensure that the technical data base is kept up to date
The Person:
Qualified to a min HNC / HND in an engineering discipline with experience in industry
