- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Implement individual behaviour support plans and strategies.
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and external professionals to support student development.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly in a behaviour support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN qualifications) are desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
