- Providing engaging and effective 1-to-1 tuition in Functional Skills (English, Maths, and ICT).
- Working with learners of various ages and abilities, helping them achieve accredited qualifications.
- Developing and implementing tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
- Creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and progress.
- Tracking learner progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Functional Skills (English, Maths, and/or ICT).
- A strong understanding of Functional Skills qualifications and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- The ability to adapt your teaching style to suit diverse learners.
- A current DBS certificate and willingness to subscribe to the Update Service.

- Flexible hours: Work between Monday to Friday, with typical working hours around 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, although there may be opportunities for more flexible arrangements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
