You'll play a key role in leading the kitchen team, delivering exceptional food experiences, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate environment with a supportive team, excellent career progression, and a work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours only.What You'll DoLead the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs, guiding and supporting your team.Supervise and develop commis chefs, chef de parties, and other staff.Manage food preparation, ordering, stock control, and service delivery.Ensure strict compliance with EHO and food safety standards.Maximise stock use and bring creativity to menu planning.Work closely with Front of House to deliver a seamless dining experience.Oversee sanitation and hygiene practices across the kitchen.Prepare, produce, and present food to consistently high standards.What We're Looking ForEssential:Level 3 Food Hygiene certification.Desirable:Level 3 Health & Safety and Food Safety qualifications.Experience & Skills:NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen.Strong background in menu planning, bulk cooking, and large-scale catering.Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.A genuine passion for food and a drive to learn and develop.
