- Account Management of accounts ensuring a smooth process and building strong client relationships
- Prepare accurate estimates for large format print, graphics production, and installation projects based on client briefs and specifications.
- Manage projects from quotation through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Liaise with internal production teams and external suppliers to gather pricing, lead times, and production capabilities.
- Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for cost efficiency or added value.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client activity and quote conversion rates.
- Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the large-format print, signage, or graphics / displays industry.
- Strong knowledge of materials, print processes, and production workflows.
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Confident communicator with both clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, estimating software (Opera would be of an advantage however training will be provided), and job management systems.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
