- Support the Head of Quality and HSE in the maintenance of the Management system.
- Coordination of recording, containing, corrective and preventative actions for Quality Issues.
- Participate and lead improvement initiatives for digitalization of systems, processes and Lean initiatives.
- Training and guidance on best practice in Root cause and CAPA.
- Organizing calibration of equipment.
- Contribute to Technical Review process and Project handovers.
- Performing and organizing of Audits internal and External.
- Organizing and management of welding inspection contractors.
- Ensuring WPS, WPQR, and Welder qualifications are Maintained.
- Creation, control and compilation of ITP’s and LTQR’s to meet customer and project traceability requirements.
- Reporting of KPI’ s and Presentation to Management team,
- Implementation and maintenance of LPA (Layered Process Audits)
- Perform and assist in NDT inspection when required.
- Maintenance of FMEA Process.
- A Minimum of 5+ years’ experience.
- A demonstrated track record of training personnel to achieve the Quality standards- Essential.
- Experience in Quality Assurance for production manufacturing – Essential.
- Displays the need for thoroughness and attention to detail - Essential
- Welding and Fabrication background- Essential
- Strong computer skills required - Essential
- IAuditor – Desirable
- CSWIP/ PCN2 Visual Inspection – Essential
- DPI, MPI - Desirable
- ISO9001 Auditing certificate – Essential
- ISO14001/ ISO45001 - Desirable
- Management Systems qualifications/experience – ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, EN1090.
- Trained Internal Auditor certification.
- In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis.

- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to understand and interpret customer specifications.
- Training/Experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.

- Root Cause and Corrective Action practitioner using 8D, Ishikawa process or similar.
- PC literate - capable user of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and coordinator.
- High level reporting and data interrogation capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects/objectives effectively.
- Strong organization, planning, and action plan execution capabilities.
- Ability to motivate, drive collaboration and facilitate CI teams and activities.

- PCN/ CSWIP in visual inspection, Dye penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing.
- Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate Quality or performance.
- Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Oral Comprehension-The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
