The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Commercial Financial Controller on behalf of a specialist Manufacturing business with offices in Dunstable.The RoleAs Commercial Financial Controller you will provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support the organisation's decision-making processes including financial planning, driving profitability and improving performance and profitability. Day to day duties will consist of: Take ownership over, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of key financial statements and forecasts including the P&L, balance sheet, net working capital, capital investment and free cash flow.Lead the annual budget process andWork to analyse key customer budgets and cost saving plansNew product costings process.Lead the month end closePreparing and presenting key functional and wider site informationOversee preparation of weekly management P&L, including revenue, labour, production variances, PPVs, waste and overhead reporting and analysismonthly VAT returns and other local regulatory reporting as required.Lead the monthly forecasting, capital expenditure planning and standard costing processes.Your ProfileYou will ideally be a Qualified Accountant and a strong business partner from a Manufacturing or Service based organisation looking for a strong development opportunity to move into a more senior reporting role whilst still being close to the numbers.CompanyThe Business is a Global Player and leader in its field with strong aspirations for growth and development.SalaryRole of Commercial Financial Controller in Dunstable is paying £70-75K + Car + BenefitsRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
