An award-winning firm in the North West is looking for a Conveyancer/Solicitor to join its team and support a variety of residential conveyancing matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in conveyancing looking to develop their career.Responsibilities:
- Conveyancer to develop and handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing files
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring clear communication, prompt responses to correspondence and proactive management of client matters
- Conveyancer to report directly to the Head of Department
- Maintain full compliance—both personally and within the team—with professional conduct rules, internal policies and procedures
- Manage the financial aspects of client work efficiently, adhering to established guidelines regarding write-offs
- Conveyancer who can achieve and support the delivery of set financial targets
- Actively participate in business development initiatives to support the growth of the caseload
- Support the effective use of the practice and case management systems—as well as other relevant technologies—to meet individual and firm-wide objectives
- Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of all data related to contacts, clients and matters handled by your team
