
Specification Sales Manager - North

- Drive product specification into new-build and refurbishment projects within custodial and secure healthcare sectors
- Build and nurture relationships with Contractors, Architects, Consultants, and End-users across the UK
- Present technical solutions that meet complex safety, anti-ligature, and security requirements
- Collaborate with internal technical, design and project teams to ensure client needs are met
- Track and manage pipeline opportunities using CRM tools
- Deliver CPD presentations and represent our client at industry events and trade shows
- Proven experience in specification sales, ideally within secure or mental health environments
- Strong understanding of the construction process, including working with specifiers, architects, and Tier 1 contractors
- Familiarity with MoJ, NHS or other public sector procurement frameworks is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and highly organised
- Willing to travel nationally as required
