- Assist the sales team with tender submissions, quotations, and customer documentation
- Maintain insurance, accreditation, and compliance records
- Manage technician stock, warehouse pick lists, and courier despatches
- Coordinate bookings for hotels, catering, meeting rooms, and events
- Process expenses claims, penalty notices, and parking fines
- Update training records and company matrix; complete customer/supplier forms
- Organise training courses and ensure technician compliance
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online portals
- Adaptable and driven, with a proactive approach to learning
- Experience in fast-paced, regulated environments
- Ability to understand technical information and work to tight deadlines
