Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Delivery Model: One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical NeedsAbout the RoleAre you a qualified teacher with a passion for inclusive education? We're looking for SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one support to students who require a more personalised approach to learning. You'll work with children and young people facing a variety of challenges, helping them build confidence, develop key academic skills, and re-engage with their education in a meaningful way.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver individualised lessons in core subjects, tailored to each learner's needsCreate a calm, structured, and supportive learning environmentCollaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent, wraparound supportEncourage personal growth, resilience, and academic achievementPromote inclusive values and model positive behaviourWhat You'll NeedQTS or equivalent (PGCE)At least 2 years of teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1-4A background in supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or complex needsEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA solid understanding of safeguarding and child protectionWhy Work with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?We specialise in supporting students who need a more personalised and flexible approach to education.
