- Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely payments are received.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Handle queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner.
- Prepare and send regular statements and reminders to clients.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve account issues.
- Provide regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow to the finance team.
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar accounting and finance role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
