Innovating in the energy industry, we connect subsea and surface with industry leading technology.Partner with the bestThe Lean Leader will be responsible for leading the lean manufacturing strategy at a complex vertically integrated plant. This role will be accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the unit lean manufacturing and supply chain excellence strategies.As a Lean Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing operational plan for the manufacturing and improvement activities
  • Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures of plant to ensure reliability, consistency and increased throughput on the production line
  • Exchanging data and information interaction concerns also improvements in products, processes and procedures
  • Having standardized manufacturing processes and define guidelines for choosing the right actions
  • Managing standardized manufacturing processes to define guidelines in order to choose the right actions
  • Co-ordinating and / or leading sessions / workouts with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors in STEM or business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Have Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a minimum
  • Have proven experience in manufacturing operations
  • Have very good communication and presentation skills to all levels of audience, leadership report out and trainings.
  • Have good analytical, problem solving, and process improvement skills
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
