- Running tailored inside sales campaigns aligned with omnichannel marketing efforts.
- Qualifying and nurturing leads to support sales throughput and revenue generation.
- Managing and enriching stakeholder data within CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
- Maintaining up-to-date records, reporting on performance metrics, and attending industry events.
- Occasionally visiting mental health or custodial environments to deepen understanding of client needs.
- Proven experience in a B2B inside sales or sales development role.
- A confident, professional communication style - both over the phone and in writing.
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- While not essential, any experience or interest in the mental health or custodial sectors is a plus.
- A competitive base salary of approximately £35,000
- On-target earnings (OTE) of up to £50,000.
