The role is home-based and requires a candidate with expertise in managing diverse teams across multiple locations. This role requires weekly travel across Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and Bradford and some travel to Scotland.
  • Oversee HR operations across various locations within the region.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
  • Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.
  • Provide guidance on career development, succession planning, and employee retention.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for the region, aligning them with the company's needs and promoting diversity.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
