- Oversee HR operations across various locations within the region.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
- Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.
- Provide guidance on career development, succession planning, and employee retention.
- Oversee recruitment efforts for the region, aligning them with the company's needs and promoting diversity.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in the blue collar industry.
- Proficiency in HR software for reporting and analytics.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
