RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE, WEST YORKSIRE, UP TO £35,000 DOE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and growing conveyancing team, where you will play a key role in building strong local relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers. JOB REF: 0407
  • Exciting opportunity to work with an experienced and well regarded conveyancing team where you will be instrumental in helping grow local relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers.
  • This is a full time, permanent position where you will manage a caseload of 60-100 residential files, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, staircasing, and shared equity matters.
  • The successful candidate must have at least 5 years' experience handling residential conveyancing transactions and be confident managing a busy and varied caseload independently.
  • Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Candidates should have solid IT skills and a sound understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
  • You will also be expected to support and help train junior members of staff.
