
Bank Support Worker, Children's Complex Care

- Provide personal support to children with a range of issues.
- Support medication administration and provide accurate documentation
- Observe, record, and escalate changes in condition following care plans
- Assist with mobility, nutrition, and other essential care needs as required
- Communicate effectively with family, Airmid Team and social care teams as required
- Maintain accurate records using our electronic care record system
- Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
- Right to work and live in the UK (UK Citizen or Indefinite Leave to Remain)
- Be registered on Social Care Wales
- Basic Life Support & Moving and Handling (practical)
- Able to evidence a clean DBS
- Provide satisfactory professional references
