We are seeking experienced and compassionate carers to work across a variety of Children's settings in Swansea.We require a team of Residential Childrens Support Workers to provide support to Children at short notice whilst care planning is undertaken and longer-term arrangements put in place as part of an "Emergency Team".These Children's Support Workers will also be able to work at any of the Local Authoritys Registered Childrens Homes however, there may be occasions where workers will be supporting children in their own homes within the family environment or alternative arrangements.Main duties of the jobThis is a community/domiciliary role across the Swansea region supporting Children in a variety of settings.About usAirmid Staffing aims to redefine care excellence.We are a values-driven organisation delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the NHS, ICBs, and local authorities.   • Assist with mobility, nutrition, and other essential care needs as required
  • Communicate effectively with family, Airmid Team and social care teams as required
  • Maintain accurate records using our electronic care record system
  • Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
Essential Requirements:
  • Right to work and live in the UK (UK Citizen or Indefinite Leave to Remain)
  • Be registered on Social Care Wales
  • Basic Life Support & Moving and Handling (practical)
  • Able to evidence a clean DBS
  • Provide satisfactory professional references
