  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics
  • Prepare and present sales reports
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches
  • Ensure brand consistency
  • Forecast quarterly and annual sales metrics

  • Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
  • Ideally experience of selling products/services into Hospitality, Healthcare or Higher Education
  • Live in the South-West UK region
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
