Salary: £46,000 - £48,000 + 10% bonusWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team in Bedford. This role is ideal for a qualified nurse with expertise in dementia care and elderly care. The Clinical Deputy Manager will support the Home Manager in the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with health standards.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in managing the clinical team and overseeing care practices
- Develop care plans tailored to residents with dementia and elderly needs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Participate in staff training and development programs
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and families to enhance resident care
- Support the Home Manager in administrative dutiesSkills and Qualifications:- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Proven experience in dementia and elderly care
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
