  • Job Title: CPN Early Intervention Band 6
  • Location: North London
  • Duration: 3 month ongoing
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday ( 9am to 5pm )
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: September 2025
  • Rate of Pay: £28 to £32 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of Mental Health patients. In this role, you will:Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based care plans.Act as a care coordinator under the CPA framework.Deliver psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and crisis intervention.Collaborate with families and carers to support holistic care.Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and clinical decision-making.Monitor risk and implement safeguarding protocols as needed.Support the team in achieving service KPIs and CQUIN targets.Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • a current and valid NMC registration and pin
  • experience working with Mental Health patients
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.This opportunity won’t last long!
