You’ll be:Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groupsAssisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategiesDelivering tailored interventions and mentoring activitiesSupporting class teachers to create a positive learning environmentHelping pupils re-engage with learning through encouragement and consistencyLogging behaviour incidents and contributing to support plansWho We're Looking ForThis role would suit someone who:Is fluent in Welsh (spoken and written)Has experience working with children – in schools, youth work, coaching, care or mentoringIs calm, patient, and confident when supporting challenging behaviourCan build strong, positive relationship
