- Define, manage, and lead your product from ideation through to delivery whilst aligned with the overall product roadmap.
- Work with Customer Research, Design and Data to analyse the customer requirements and align them with strategic goals of the business.
- Take initiatives, problem statements or feature requests and break them down into actionable pieces of work that bring the most value and are aligned with the strategy.
- Manage, prioritise, and set the product backlog to guide and support the development team. You will oversee all stages of development, continuously keeping those around you on track and aligned to the product vision.
- Acting as the primary liaison and link between all stakeholders, teams, and departments. Though the whole product life cycle, you will ensure clarity of the latest update on the product, removal of blockers and keep track of business deliverable commitments.
- Works closely within the Product function both within a specific area and overall to ensure product alignment across the company.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner in an Agile working team
- Technological sense and the ability to translate product requirements into technical aspects alongside Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent standard of written, visual, and verbal communication skills, to be able to communicate clearly through all means. You'll also be a creative thinker with the ability to identify an issue, be clear in what the problem is and be able to break it down to simplify it for others
- Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a development team, inspiring and motivating the team when necessary. You'll also need a good working knowledge of technology and a great collaborative approach to developers and engineers alike. You'll appreciate great design and enjoy collaborating on great user experiences.
