A well-established and highly respected construction company with a rich history of delivering high-quality refurbishment and new build projects across various sectors including Education, Commercial, Leisure and Healthcare are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational delivery of construction projects to programme, budget, and quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate all site-based activities, subcontractors, and direct labour.
  • Ensure full compliance with health andamp; safety policies and CDM regulations.
  • Monitor site progress, report performance, and proactively mitigate delays or risks.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site.
  • Champion high standards of workmanship, sustainability, and innovation.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager role with a main contractor.
  • Background in delivering new build and refurbishment projects across a wide range of sectors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
  • Commercially aware and solutions-focused approach.
