  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant area or equivalent level of relevant experience
  • Successfully implemented and managed Capital and or revenue programmes and budgets
  • Experience of Managing a team
  • Involvement in the development of Key performance measures and benchmarking activities
  • Prepare reports and build budgets
  • Planning and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
