Job Title: POS EngineerLocation: SouthamptonRate: £170 p/dayAre you a hands-on POS Engineer in Southampton with basic knowledge of payment and till systems? We're recruiting for a skilled professional to support the installation of payment devices and EPOS systems in a structured, slower-paced environment - ideal for someone thorough and reliable.Description of contract/programme of works:
  • Installing payment devices and EPOS tills
  • Connecting devices to the network and carrying out basic configuration
  • Testing functionality and supporting a clean handover to the client
Experience required:
  • Working knowledge of POS/EPOS systems
  • Comfortable with minor setup, config, and device testing
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
  • CSCS/ECS (beneficial)
  • Tooling TBC
  • Full PPE
