- Assist the Performance Marketing Manager and wider Digital Marketing / Campaign team with the effectiveness of online campaigns, with responsibility for planning, executing, and optimising in-house paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and future channels
- Own and evolve the Paid Social roadmap, identifying opportunities to scale channels effectively, driving growth and efficiency in performance
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign strategy, targeting, and budget allocation
- Collaborate closely with the Campaign and Trade teams to align creative assets and campaign timing with key trade priorities and commercial moments
- Maintain a structured A/B testing roadmap, analyse performance outcomes, and produce regular performance decks and insight reports
- Report on and analyse all activity, offering clear campaign feedback and insights, delivering actionable learnings and leveraging data points to inform subsequent activity
- Work with and support the management of channel and agency partners to support digital marketing campaigns and activities (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Work closely with our agency partner for driving optimisations across our paid media activity focused on driving in-store footfall across key markets
- Support and deliver ad hoc initiatives such as gift card support, Primark Repair workshops, and lead-gen campaigns to drive email sign-ups as and when required
- Research new developments and trends in digital marketing. Identify new paid acquisition and testing opportunities, communicate your findings to the team and develop ideas based on your findings
- Working with analytics, metrics and dashboards, distributing this information via regular reporting to all key stakeholders
- Support in budget management and the processing of invoices
- 3-4 year's experience in performance marketing
- A solid understanding across performance marketing channels
- Proven track record using Meta Business & Ads Manager. TikTok and Pinterest (Desired)
- Commercially focused and driven with the ability to work to deadlines and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills
- Strong understanding of analytical tools, Google Analytics etc.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, ability to work of own initiative and in a team environment
- A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication and copywriting skills and the ability to relay information to key stakeholders
