- Educated to Standard Grade or equivalent in English and Mathematics with two years' experience in administrative/secretarial work, preferably in Health Service environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skills - word/excel/internet/email/access/power point etc
- Ability to work with limited supervision with own initiative and also part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Good organisational skills and time management
