  • Experience of electrical / mechanical engineering.
  • Understanding of FMCG industry.
  • Understanding of retailer products and quality standards preferable.
  • Experience of successfully managing tasks/projects to completion.
  • Computer Literate.

  • To carry out all electrical and engineering maintenance activities with due consideration of safe plant operations assessing all aspects of maintenance procedures, ensuring a safe working environment at all time
  • To accurately record all breakdown information for all plant and equipment ensuring continuation of specific information per machine
  • To accurately record all service work as detailed on the Planned Preventative Maintenance service sheets and job sheets
  • To undertake specific and timely planned maintenance of equipment in line with Engineering Manager and Engineering Shift Leader requirements
  • To contribute towards the continual development and improvement of the department's operational activities and functions.
